At Blissou, we make our jewelry from 925 sterling silver (with 18k yellow-gold or rose-gold plating) and 9k and 14k gold—precious metals of great value that share a characteristic we want to promote: recycling.

As a company, one of the values that defines us is our commitment to the environment. That is why we work to reduce our environmental impact through the reuse and recycling of jewelry. Although precious metals are currently extracted using increasingly advanced techniques, it remains an activity with a significant environmental impact.

At Blissou, we want to be part of the change by promoting the recycling of the silver and gold in our pieces to help reduce the need for new extraction.

We want your Blissou jewelry to have a second life and be transformed into new pieces full of sparkle.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you so that you can send us photographs of the pieces and we can verify their authenticity. In some cases, we may request the delivery note or purchase confirmation email.

After verifying the pieces, we will arrange their collection and you will receive a discount code of 40 % to use on your next purchase, regardless of the number of jewelry pieces you purchase.

The collected jewelry will be sent to a specialized local factory, where it will be recycled into new pieces made from 100% recycled material.

With this initiative, we hope that in the future all our jewelry can be made from recycled materials, helping to promote a more sustainable production model.

Recycling process

1. Gather your Blissou jewelry.

• Five or more pieces: we will arrange collection (only in mainland Spain).
• Fewer than five pieces: you can send them to us yourself. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

2. Contact us via the "Recycling Blissou" contact form.

3. Send us photographs of the pieces so we can verify their authenticity. If necessary, we will request proof of purchase or the purchase confirmation email.

4. We collect the jewelry and send it for recycling.

5. Receive your reward.

Once the verification process is complete, you will receive a 40% discount code to use on your next purchase.
